The Pixel 9 Pro Fold came out in 2024 with two screens: a 8-inch inner screen of 2076 × 2152 pixels and a 6.3-inch cover screen of 1080 × 2424 pixels. A wallpaper at the full resolution looks clean on it; a larger image only makes the file bigger.
The Pixel 11 Pro Fold and Pixel 10 Pro Fold use the same 2076 × 2152 resolution, so one wallpaper fits them all.

Both screens show the wallpaper at the same size, but different things sit on top of it.
Menu names change a little between software versions. If an option isn't there, open the picture in your gallery app and look for Set as wallpaper in its menu.

1.04:1. The screen is 2076 pixels wide and 2152 pixels tall, so an image with a different shape is cropped at the edges when you set it.
Yes. A 4K portrait image (2160 × 3840) has more pixels than the Pixel 9 Pro Fold shows, so it stays sharp, but its 16:9 shape doesn't match the 1.04:1 screen, so part of it is cropped. Fit it to 2076 × 2152 first to choose what stays.
Usually the image is smaller than 2076 × 2152 or a different shape, so the phone enlarges it to fill the screen. Make it at the exact size with the tool on this page, and start from the original photo, not a screenshot or a copy sent through a chat app.
They have different shapes: 2076 × 2152 (1.04:1) inside and 1080 × 2424 (20.2:9) on the cover. A picture made for one is cropped heavily on the other, so make one for each screen, or choose a picture with its subject in the centre.
