The OPPO Reno14 came out in 2025 with a 6.59-inch screen of 1256 × 2760 pixels: a 19.8:9 aspect ratio at 460 pixels per inch. At that density a small image stretched to fit looks soft, while one made at the full resolution stays sharp.
The OPPO Reno13, OPPO Find X8, and Huawei Pura 70 use the same 1256 × 2760 resolution, so one wallpaper fits them all.

Menu names change a little between software versions. If an option isn't there, open the picture in your gallery app and look for Set as wallpaper in its menu.

Yes. A 4K portrait image (2160 × 3840) has more pixels than the OPPO Reno14 shows, so it stays sharp, but its 16:9 shape doesn't match the 19.8:9 screen, so part of it is cropped. Fit it to 1256 × 2760 first to choose what stays.
